Nagaland HSSLC Exam Results 2020: Stream-wise toppers list

The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) today declared the results of Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination (Class 12) with overall pass percentage of 71.87% in Arts stream, 75.47% in Commerce stream and 80.99% in Science stream.
Chumliba R of Loyola Hr.Sec.School, Kiphire with an overall score of 92.00% topped the Arts Stream.
In the Commerce stream, Ichha Upadhyay of Christian Hr.Sec.School, Dimapur came on top with an overall percentage of 98.80%.
Anushka Bhattacharjee of Pranab Vidyapith Hr.Sec.School, Dimapur took the honour for the Science stream with an overall score of 95.20%.
According to NBSE press release, the results indicate a slight decline in the Arts and Science streams which recorded 74.44% and 81.37% last year.
The commerce stream however showed an improvement as compared to 2019’s overall pass percentage of 74.68%, it said.
A total of 8 institutions under Arts stream, 6 institutions under Science stream and 5 institutions under Commerce stream secured 100% pass result in the HSSLC examination, it added.
Out of this, Govt.Hr.Sec.School, Jotsoma secured 100% pass percentage in both Arts and Science stream. Govt.Hr.Sec.School, Chiechama also had 100% percentage in Arts stream.
